- No. We do NOT charge any setup fees. We are more interested in building a
lasting relationship with our customers. You may also upgrade your account to a
different service package, without paying any additional service charges. |

• How much does Project Desk cost? |
- Project Desk offers its services on a monthly subscription basis. Please

get information about our subscription plans. We have service options that suit
every need and budget.

• What are the payment methods I can use? |

Monthly billing to a credit card (MasterCard, Visa or American Express)
Online Check payments via iBill |

• Why is my Credit Card statement showing the payment as being
billed by DeskShare inc? |
- Project Desk is a service provided and operated by DeskShare therefore your
credit card statement that is billed to you, shows that the payment has been
debited to DeskShare Inc.

• When and how will you be charging me? |
- If you are paying via Credit Card, your subscription will be automatically
renewed every month until canceled. |

• How can I cancel my Project Desk account? |
- If you are paying via Credit Card please visit
http://www.paypal.com to cancel your subscription. |

• How do I change my Credit Card information? |
- When you subscribe using your credit card, you will receive a subscription ID
and a transaction number. You may use this subscription ID to view and / or
update your credit card payment details. |

• Can I still login to my account if I discontinue the
subscription? |
- If you cancel BEFORE the expiry date of your current subscription, you may
continue to use Project Desk until that date. After your account has expired,
you will not be able to use Project Desk any longer. |

• What will happen to all my data if I discontinue the
subscription? |

- You will not be able to access your Project Desk account until you renew your
subscription. If you choose, not to continue your subscription, all your data
will be permanently deleted after 30 days. |

• Is it possible for me to upgrade to a higher plan
before my current subscription is over? |
- Yes, you can always upgrade your trial for your company at any time. If you
feel that you need to increase the amount of space needed or add more
users, you may upgrade your subscription accordingly by purchasing it halfway
through the current membership. Unused subscription fees are calculated on a
pro-rata basis and deducted from the price of the new subscription. |
